Talkfirst Support

Something not working, a question about your account or an idea — write to us, we answer in English, Russian or Ukrainian.

• Telegram: @niknikdev.
• From a chat with an AI assistant: ask it to report a problem to Talkfirst — the report comes straight to us.
• Payments: the /paysupport command in the bot @any_lang_learn_bot.

Delete your account

We delete the account and all its data — recordings, vocabulary, flashcards and history — within one month of the request, usually within a few days. The request has to come from the account itself:

• signed in with Telegram — write to @niknikdev from that Telegram account;
• signed in with email — link Telegram in the app's account settings and write from it, or, in a chat where Talkfirst is connected, ask the assistant to send Talkfirst a request to delete your account.
